Satellite receivers do sometimes fail, and in most cases can be repaired by our service department.

At Handley Aerials we have been testing and repairing electronic equipment for many years, and are able to carry out most repairs in-house. Occasionally we do have to send the equipment back to the manufacturers for repair.

We are able to repair all SKY and BBC Freesat equipment.

Repair Prices

In-house repair:	£70 + VAT (£80.50)
Send away repair:	£90 + VAT (£103.50)
Unrepairable machine:	£25 + VAT (£28.75)

If your machine is unrepairable the standard charge will apply, this can be deducted from the cost of a new replacement.  

Equipment Loan During Repair Period

During the repair period, we will loan you a similar machine. The loan machine is our property and must be returned to us in good condition when we return your repaired machine to you.
